All items are made to order, and for that reason items that have been decorated with a logo or customization are not eligible for a return or exchange. Dissatisfaction with the size selected at the time of purchase does not qualify for a return or exchange, however, you're welcome to make a new purchase in the desired size.
If the item you received is incorrect, arrived with a defect in material or decoration, or if you are missing an item, a replacement must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date. Please email support@snapraise.com with details of your purchase and a picture of the product you received so we may help resolve the issue.
