Step 1: Learn All About AD Assist
Use the 🔗 AD Assist New Team Member Training link to walk through AD Assist and get it set up. After viewing the link, you'll want to make sure you have completed the checklist in step 2 below.
Step 2: AD Assist Checklist
You are now ready to begin using AD Assist. Complete the checklist below to ensure you are set up for success! You can skip workers, officials, and opponent email addresses if you do not plan to send contracts or keep track of workers and officials.

Step 3: Enter Your Schedules
- Enter your opponents - this was covered in the AD Assist training you just completed however, should you want a quick reference just use the 🔗 Opponents Training link.
- Start adding your events/games - this was covered in the AD Assist training you just completed however, should you want a quick reference just use the 🔗 How to add and edit events/games
- Save time! You can copy events/games from one level to another. Just click the 🔗 How to copy schedules link.
- Check your work and review the schedules you created. Use the How to view a schedule for a team link to learn how to view your schedules by team/level.
Step 4: Visit the AD Assist Resource Center
