If you are receiving a notification error or suspect users are not receiving the notification you sent, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Make sure user have notifications enabled in your app and phone settings - DON'T KNOW WHERE TO LOOK? CLICK HERE
- Try resending notification
- If still not sending, check how many segments you’ve included and try and reduce – too many segments can cause errors occasionally
- If still not sending after that, there may an outage, try again later (check the notification error message on the Notifications tab)
